filters
eye candy 4000- gradient glow for the copyright info
okay lets begin
open a transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll crop it down later)
c&p frame 3 and center in your canvas
get your magic wand mode Add (shift) Match mode RGB value, tolerance 0 contiguous checked, feather 0 anti alias checked click in middle of frame
selections modify expand by 2 c&p paper 2 selections invert, hit delete on keyboard, select none, drag your paper under frame
c&p your tube, resize to your liking, i resized mine by 69% 2 x then 80% also i added the Captains hat, then sharpen
c&p ele 10 resize by 69% 1 x and place on right side of tag, sharpen add DS 2 -2 68-7
c&p ele 11 resize by 69% 3 x and place in boat, sharpen add DS
c&p ele 28, resize by 69% 4 x and place on bottom of boat, sharpen add DS
c&p ele 34 resize by 69% 5 x and place on top of boat, sharpen add DS
go to frame layer, c&p ele 33 , sharpen
go to top layer c&p wordart beach resize by 69% 2 x sharpen, add DS
you can now crop your tag to whatever size you would like
add any other elements you like, merge visible, resize to whatever size you want, i always resize mine to 500 width, the heighth autoimatcally resizes
add your copyright info, designer credits, license info, and your own taggers watermark, merge visible, save as png
