what you will need

paint shop pro (i used 17)

font i used for my name is Seawolf

i also used a small light blue gradient glow on my name too

a tube

i am using an older tube by ©Alehandra Van_Hek

i used the blue layers for this, with blonde hair

filters

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (copyright info) 

foto frame -width 10- opacity 80- all other settings on default

filters unlimited 2.0- distortion filters- smelter- default setttings

okay lets start

open a transparent image  400 x 275

eye dropper tool, take a light blue color for foreground, darker blue for background

make a gradient of those colors angle 36 repeats 2, flood fill with the new gradient

layers, duplicate, image mirror, bring properties of layer down to 50

image mirror, merge down

filters unlimited distortion filters- smelter- default setting

c&p your tube, resize as desired, place on right side of tag, sharpen, add DS, V 2 H-2 Opacity 68- Blur 7

go back to your tube, image mirror, c&p tube on the background of your tag, blend mode overlay, bring properties down to 65

top layer,image, add border, symetric checked, 2 use a darker blue for the border

AAA frames, foto frame, width 10, opacity 80, all other settings default

image add borders, light blue color, symetric checked  at 3, 

add your copyright & license info, and your own taggers watermark. save as jpg

filters

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (copyrights& credits)

font- any Christmas type font

Okay lets get started

open a transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll resize later)

c&p frame 1 and resize to your liking

magic wand, click in the frame selections expand by 2 c&p paper 24 selections invert , hit delete on keyboard , select none

c&p your tube resize to your liking, (i resized by 70% 3 x) place tube to the right side, sharpen add DS v 2 H-2 Opacity 68 Blur 7

(that will be the DS we'll use this whole tutorial)

c&p ele 94 duplicate it 4 or 5 x then merge them all sharpen

drag the pine under the tube

c&p ele 29 resie by 70% 2 x and place on pine behind tube sharpen 

c&p ele 108 resize by 70% 3 x and place under tube on pine, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 107 resize by 70% 6 x and place beside lantern sharpen add DS layers duplicate, image flip and bring down beside 1st pine cone 

top layer c&p ele 9 resize by 70% 2 x and place in front of tube, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 34 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube on pine, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 36 resize by 70% 4 x and place on top of the first gift sharpen add DS

go ahead and add any other elements you want, i added the bells and the tag to the frame but you can add anything you want

crop your tag and resize to what you want (i resize mine to 500 x 500) 

merge visible, add your copyright info, license info , designer credits, and your taggers watermark. merge visible again, save as png

(the credits is what i use the eye candy gradient glow for, makes it look clearer on the tag)

okay lets start

open a 600 x 250 transparent image in psp 

c&p paper 10

get your tube 

c&p your tube, resize to fit, and place in center of canvas

sharpen, add DS ( V 2 H-2 Opacity 68 Blur 7)

c&p ele 129 resize to fit, place behind tube on left side, layers duplicate, image mirror sharpen add DS

c&p ele 160 resize to fit, place behind sunflower on left side, sharpen add DS, duplicate, image mirror

c&p ele 136 resize to fit, image mirror then bring to left side of tag and place behind sunflowers, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 134, resize to fit, place behind daffodil on left side, sharpen add DS, image mirror, you'll have to bring it up behind the flower on the right side

go to the flower behind the daffodil, c&p ele 185, resize to fit, duplicate image mirror and just place wherever you want

go to top layer, c&p ele 2 resize 2 x by 40% place in upper left hand corner of tag, sharpen add DS,  image mirror and place a little bit down

still on top layer new raster layer, select all fill in with a color of your choosing (i used the blue in her dress)

selections, contract by 2 hit delete on keyboard, select none

add a thin gradient glow the same color as the frame

layers duplicate, then go to the original frame, adjust gaussian blur at 8%

merge down, sharpen

add your credits, license info and artist copyrights and your own taggers watermark

merge all flatten , save as jpg

font- any kind of a coffee font

mask of choice

okay lets get started

open a transparent canvas 800 x 800 (will crop down later in the tutorial)

c&p paper 32 , apply your mask, merge group

c&p ele 105, resize to liking, place on left side of tag, sharpen

c&p ele 108 resize by 70% 2 x and place in front of archway, sharpen, duplicate and move duplicate over to right a little bit. merge down

c&p ele 113 resize by 50% 2 x and place behind tube, on left side, sharpen add DS V 2 H-2 Opacity 68 Blur 7

go to background/mask layer c&p ele 158 resize by 50% 1 x and place behind archway sharpen add DS

go to top layer, c&p ele 18 resize by 50% 2 x then by 70% 1 x place in front of tube, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 4 reize by 50% 2 x and place around coffee cup sharpen add DS

c&p ele 75 resize by 50% 2 x and place behind coffee cup sharpen add DS

c&p ele 71 image rotate 20 degrees to right resize by 50% 1 x and place behind tube sharpen add DS

now you can crop your image, i usually increase my canvas size by 850 x 850 first then i crop it

add anything else you would like in your tag then merge visible

resize your tag to your desired size, i usually go for a 550 width 

add your copyright info , license info, and designer credits, you can use gradient glow to make them clearer

merge visible , save as png tag

thats it ! you are finished. i hope you have enjoyed the tutorial and it was easy to follow

eye candy nature- snow drift (optional i use it to put snow on different elements)

font your choice, you can always check out the Christmas fonts at DaFont.com

okay lets start

open a new transparent image 600 x 250

c&p paper 4 onto your canvas (i resized my paper to 800 x 800)

c&p your tube resize by 70% 3 x and place in center of tag, sharpen add DS (V 2 H-2 Opac 68 Blur 7)

c&p ele 101 resize by 70% 5 x and place behind tube on right side, duplicate image mirror 

c&p ele 111 resize by 70% 5 x and place behind rose, sharpen add DS, duplicate, image mirror

c&p ele 110 resize by 70% 5 x and place behind the pine cones , sharpen add DS duplicate image mirror, 

c&p ele 108, resize by 70% 4 x and place on the sprig of pine, sharpen add DS, duplicate, image mirror

go to your background layer, c&p ele 121 resize by 70% 3 x sharpen add DS duplicate image mirror, merge down

now you can add the snow if you want to the pine branches, i always use dusting moderate on mine

c&p ele 49 resize by 70% 5 x and place on left side of branches, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 74 resize by 70% 6 x sharpen add DS and place on right side of branches

go to top layer c&p ele 66 resize by 70% 2 x and place on left side of tag, sharpen add DS

you can add any other elements you wish. merge all flatten

image add borders 3 symetric checked white, then add borders size 2 green, then add borders 3 red 

resize to 600 x 250 , add your copyright info, license info and your designer credits and your own taggers watermark

merge all flatten , save as jpg

add your name and you are done!
