Beach Dreams Forum Style Tag Tutorial

what you will need

a beach type of scrap kit

i am using Beach Dreams by
All Dolled Up


you can purchase this kit for only .75 at PFD
You can add a tube if you wish, but i am just using the kit for this tutorial



filters


eye candy 4000- gradient glow (for the copyright info )

font Seaside Resort NF

i believe you can get this font at DaFont.com


ok let begin




open a new transparent image 600 x 250
c&p paper 6 on your canvas




c&p ele 58 resize by 40% then 70% place on left side of tag, sharpen add DS (H 2 V-2 Opacity 68 Blur 7)


we will be using that same DS throughout the tutorial



c&p ele 60 resize by 40% then 70% place beside the first ele sharpen add DS



c&p ele 66 resize by 70% 2 x sharpen add DS place on right side of tag



go to your background layer in your palette c&p ele 64 and just resize it until it looks like its sitting in the water


(i resized mine by 50% 2 x then 70%) sharpen add DS



go to your top layer in your palette, c&p ele 6 resize by 50% and place on right side of tag next to bridge sharpen add DS



c&p ele 2 resize by 50% 3 x and place on left side of bridge, sharpen add DS



c&p ele 98 resize by 50% 3 x and place behind the first ele on left side sharpen add DS



c&p ele 113 resize by 50% 2 x and place behind the blue coral on left side sharpen add DS



c&p ele 121 resize by 50% 2 x and place behind lantern on the bridge, sharpen add DS



c&p ele 42 resize by 40% 2 x and place behind lantern sharpen add DS



go to your top layer in your palette, new raster layer select all , pick a color from your tag using the eye dropper tool, flood fill with the new color, selections contract by 2 hit delete on keyboard select none




add a thin gradient glow to your frame using the same color as the frame, layers duplicate, on your original frame, adjust blur gaussian blur at 5, go to the copy adjust add remove noise 50% random , monochrome checked, then adjust sharpen, merge down




add your copyright info, license info and your own taggers watermark. i added a gradient glow to the copyrights. i used a fat white gradient glow but lowered the opacity to about 70, and used the color of the frame also. then i sharpened it to make it clearer




Merge all flatten, save as jpg.

Moments Like These Tag Tutorial

you will need
a tube

i am using Cute Photographer 3 by ©Very Many
you can purchase this tube at www.verymanytubes.com


i am also using the matching kit by Pink Paradox Productions

called "Captured Moments" you can purchase this kit at

it is on sale for a $1.00 now


font i used- Sloop Script Three
i also added a gradient glow to copyrights and name




Open a new image 900 x 600 (will resize later)


c&p ele 55 place in center resize by 65%


c&p ele 60 resize by 65% place under ele 55


go to top layer c&p your tube resize by 45% sharpen add DS (H2 V-2 Opacity 68 Blur 7)


go to bottom layer c&p paper 26 as new layer, apply your mask, merge group then photo effects, film & filter, click the vivid setting and then ok. 


go to top layer, c&p ele 85 resize by 40% and place behind wall (ele 55) and to the right
sharpen add same DS


back to top layer, c&p ele 24 resize by 20% and place behind tube off to the left a little sharpen


c&p ele 29 resize by 20% and place behind tube on right side , sharpen add same DS


c&p ele 32 resize by 30% and place on left side of tube behind the tube sharpen add DS


c&p ele 36 resize by 15% and place on top of open book, sharpen add DS


c&p ele 41 resize by 15% and place in front of photo album book sharpen add DS


c&p ele 40 resize by 10% and place beside camera lens sharpen add DS


click on your mask in the layer palette, c&p ele 118 resize by 50%


go to top layer c&p ele 103 resize by 25% sharpen add DS and place at the bottom of tag (see mine for placement)


click on your crop tool and crop down to whatever you would like merge visible


resize to whatever size you like ( i resized mine to 600 x 400)


add your copyrights, license info, your own taggers watermark and your name
Merge visible save as png

what you will need

Muras Meister-Copies (wallpaper rotate-default setting)
Eye Candy 4000- gradient glow (for copyright and lic info)




Lets begin



open a new transparent image 600 x 250

c&p your tube as a new layer


Muras Meister copies- wallpaper rotate -default setting


adjust blur gaussian blur at 8


adjust motion blur- angle 315 strength 100 repeat 1 x


c&p your tube and place on left side


Muras Meister copies line default blend mode soft light- opacity 50

c&p your tube again place on left then duplicate image mirror


merge down- sharpen DS ( used H 2 V-2 Opacity 68 and Blur 7)


new raster layer select all flood fill with a color that goes with your tube (i used her pink flower) selections modify contract by 2, hit delete on keyboard, selections invert and put an inner bevel on it (your preference) select none


add a thin gradient glow the same color as your frame layers duplicate

working on the original, adjust blur gaussian blur at 3

on the copy, adjust add remove noise uniform at 50 then repeat but change setting to random
merge down sharpen



Add your license info, copyrights and your own taggers watermark, your name and save as jpg  i also added a fat gradient glow to the copyrights info and then sharpened it so it would be clearer.
