okay lets begin

open a transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll resize later in tutorial)

c&p ele 52 resize by 80% 1 x and place towards the upper right corner

using your magic wand, with default settings, click middle of frame, c&p pap 1 selections invert hit delete on keyboard, select none drag paper under frame

c&p your tube resize to your liking, and place on left side of frame, sharpen

c&p ele 50 image mirror resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube sharpen

c&p ele 73 resize by 70% 4 x and place behind tube by the chest, sharpen

c&p ele 80 resize by 70% 4 x and place on top of chest, sharpen

c&p ele 68 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube on right side, sharpen

c&p ele 27 resize by 70% 3 x and place on right side of tag, sharpen

c&p ele 17 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind chest, sharpen

go to top layer c&p ele 18 resize by 70% 4 x and place on left side of tube, sharpen

c&p ele 77 resize by 70% 3 x and place in front of worded rocks , sharpen

c&p ele 49 resize by 70% 4 x and place behind tube on right side , sharpen

go to bottom layer (background) c&p pap 1 apply your mask, merge group

add any other elements you want to your tag (i added eles 55 and 61 to the frame)

crop your image, merge visible, then resize it to whatever size you like (i like 500 x 500

add your copyright info, license #, designer credits and your own taggers watermark, merge visible save as png

i use a thin white gradient on the copyrights just so it is clearer

thats it! you are done, i hope it was easy to follow and you had fun. thanks for trying my tutorial

eye candy 4000 - gradient glow (copyrights & license info)

mask of choice 

font

any springtime font will do
look over at DaFont.com

Ok lets start

open a new transparent image 800 x 800 ( we will crop it later)

frame 1 image rotate to the right or left c&p onto your canvas, resize to fit
(i resized by 70% until it looked right)

move the frame a little to the left, layers duplicate image rotate 20 degrees to right merge down

magic wand mode replace RGB value, contigious checked feather 0 anti alias checked outside

click inside your frames, you will have to hold the shift key and use the magic wand to get all the frames

selections expand by 2 c&p paper 3, selections invert, edit clear, select none.

in your layers palette just drag the paper under the frames go back to top layer

c&p your tube, resize by 70% 3 x and place in center ( i used the white layer) sharpen add DS (your choice)

c&p ele 84 duplicate 2 x then kind of spread them around merge down 2 x then use your eraser to 

take off the ends (see mine )

then place the grass under tube

c&p ele 134 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube off to the left (see mine for placement)

sharpen add DS

c&p ele 117 resize by 70% 3 x and rotate 20 degrees to right and place behind stump layers duplicate,

 image mirror, then place behind stump on opposite side, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 122 resize by 70% 1 x and place behind flowers, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 100 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind tree stump in front of the leaves, sharpen

c&p ele 94 place in front of tree trunk, sharpen add DS, duplicate rotate 10 degrees to left and move a tad to the left

c&p ele 62 resize by 70% 4 x and place behind tube on right side sharpen add DS

c&p ele 45 resize by 70% 3 x and place by books sharpen add DS go to top layer

c&p ele 37 resize by 70 % 3 x  rotate image 20 degrees to left sharpen add DS and place in front of tree trunk and dandelions

c&p ele 82 resize by 70% 1 x and place on frame sharpen add DS

go to bottom layer c&p paper 27, apply your mask go to photo effects, film & filters,  film looks- vibrant foilage, creative filters- custom and then take a shade of green from your tag and set it at 10 click ok

you can crop your tag to the size you want now

merge all visible, save as png resize tag as you want, i always resize mine to 500 width

add your copyright info, license info, designers credit and your own taggers watermark , this is where i use the gradient glow is on the copyrights so it is clearer to see. i always use a thin white gradient

Lets begin

open a new transparent image 600 x 250

c&p paper 26 onto the canvas

c&p your tube resize to fit (i resized by 67% 4 x) and place on right side of tag sharpen add DS (V-2 H 2 Opac 68 Blur 7)

go to background layer and c&p ele 140 resize to fit, and place on left side of tag behind tube

once again background layer, c&p your tube again and place on left side, image mirror resize a bit,

 blend mode soft light, and take the layer properties down to between 40-50 add DS

c&p ele 93 resize place behind tube on the splatter, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 119 resize to fit and place behind left side of letter sharpen add DS

c&p ele 120 resize and place behind pink flowers, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 20 resize and place in front of letter on right hand side sharpen add DS

go to top layer, add new raster layer, select all, flood fill with a color from your tube, selections contract by 2, hit delete on your keyboard select none

add a thin gradient glow to the frame using the same color as your frame

go to your original frame, adjust, blur, gaussian blur at 10

go to your top layer, add noise, uniform at 40% merge down, sharpen

add your copyright info, license info and designers credits and your own taggers watermark

merge all flatten, save as jpg

open a new transparent image 851 x 315

c&p  paper 44 onto you canvas

c&p your tube resize by 45% then 2 x by 70% i used the violet layer

place towards the right side sharpen add DS (2 -2 68 7)

c&p ele 83 resize by 70% layer duplicate image mirror merge down sharpen add DS

c&p ele 86 resize by 45% 2 x and place behind tube on right sharpen add DS

c&p ele 171 resize by 45% 1 x and place behind cementary merge down sharpen add DS

c&p ele 80 resize by 45% 1 x then 70% place behind the grass on left then layrs duplicate image mirror sharpen add DS

go to the background layer in your palette, c&p ele 179 resize by 70% 3 x i colorized mine to go with the tube sharpen

c&p ele 159 resize by 70% 1 x and place in front of moon sharpen

c&p ele 50 resize by 70% 3 x and place by well behind tube sharpen add DS

go to the moon layer c&p ele 17 resize by 70% 3 x sharpen add DS

go to top layer c&p ele 58 resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side sharpen add DS

go to the cementary layer c&p ele 183 resize by 70% 2 x and place on right side

layers duplicate image mirror

top layer c&p ele 14 resize by 70% 3 x and place by wooden box on left side sharpen add DS

add a new raster layer select all flood fill a color from your tube i used the purple in her dress

selections invert hit delete on keyboard, select none add a thin gradient glow the same color as your frame

you can add an inner bevel if you wish and either use noise or whatever you want for the frame, i used hsb noise

add your copyright info, license and kit designer credits, add your name merge all flatten save as jpg

i used the font Graceys Curse for my name you can find it at DaFont.com

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (used mainly for copyrights and name)

font chocolate heart (free)

Lets start!

open a new transparent image 800 x 800 (you can crop it later)

c&p ele 87 onto canvas, resize by 80% 1 x

magic wand and click in each of the window panes, selections modify expand by 2

paste as new layer, resize by 70% 1 x, selections invert , hit delete on keyboard, select none.

in your palette drag the paper below your frame, adjust sharpen

go to top layer

c&p your tube

i first resized mine by 800 x 800 pixels all layers checked then by 85% 1 x all layers unchecked

place on right side of tag, sharpen then add DS ( used v-2 h -2 opacity 68 and blur 7)

c&p ele 75 resize by 70% 2 x and place on left side of tag sharpen add DS (same)

c&p ele 100 and place behind previous ele, sharpen add DS

go to top layer c&p ele 73 resize by 70% 3 x and place in front of mooring

c&p ele 26 resize by 70% 1 x and place above the grass ( see mine for placement)

sharpen, add DS but change H & V to 0

top layer again c&p ele 18 resize by 70% 3 x and place on top of mooring

c&p ele 34 and place behind tube sharpen add DS change V -2 H 2

c&p ele 25 resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side of mooring

Add any other elements you would like in your tag remember to resize , sharpen and add DS.

image canvas size 850 x 850 center diamond marked

merge all visible, then resize to your liking, i usually do 600 x 600

add your license, copyrights, your own taggers watermark

i add a thin white gradient glow width 3 to the copyrights then sharpen as it makes it clearer

save as png, you are done!

what you will need

a patriotic scrap kit

i am using Freedom by GOF_Designs

a tube

i am using Amy by Vika Misticheskaya

which you can also purchase at PFD

this tube has many beautiful layers and a crown to go with it

font- American Pop 2 (free font)

eye candy 4000- gradient glow

open a new image 600 x 250

c&p element 4 as new layer

c&p your tube and place in center of tag

resize to fit i resized 70% 4 x

sharpen add DS ( i used 2-2 68 7) black shadow on new layer unchecked

c&p ele 47 and place behind tube , no resizing, sharpen add DS

go to your top layer and c&p  ele 17 resizee by 70% 3 or 4 x place on left hand side in the bottom corner

sharpen add DS

c&p ele 19 resize by 70% about 4 x

place behind shoe sharpen add DS

c&p ele 36 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind hat

c&p ele 65 and place behind tube wherever it looks good

go to top layer c&p ele 104 resize by 70% 5 x and place by shoe

c&p ele 116 resize by 70% 3 x and place in right hand top corner add a fat white gradient glow width

3 soft corners 25 opacity 100  draw only outside selection box checked

c&p ele 50 resize by 70% 4 x or as small as you want, place it underneath the usa wordart sharpen add DS

now you should on the top layer, add new raster layer select all flood fill with white modify contract by 3 hit delete on keyboard select none

adjust add remove noise add noise random 30% monochrome checked

add Ds then add another DS but this time make horizontal -2 and vertical 2

add your copyrights, license and your own taggers mark

merge all flatten save as jpg and you are done!
