Seaside Penelope PTU Tag Tutorial



Seaside Penelope Tag Tutorial

What you will need

paint shop pro

i am using vs X7 but any will do

a tube

I am using a new tube by Misticheskaya named Penelope
you can purchase this at PFD


A Scrap kit

i am using Seaside Moments by
Angel Waing Scraps and you can purchase this beautiful kit here

filters

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (used mainly for copyrights and name)
font chocolate heart (free)

Lets start!



open a new transparent image 800 x 800 (you can crop it later)



c&p ele 87 onto canvas, resize by 80% 1 x


magic wand and click in each of the window panes, selections modify expand by 2


paste as new layer, resize by 70% 1 x, selections invert , hit delete on keyboard, select none.


in your palette drag the paper below your frame, adjust sharpen


go to top layer

c&p your tube


i first resized mine by 800 x 800 pixels all layers checked then by 85% 1 x all layers unchecked


place on right side of tag, sharpen then add DS ( used v-2 h -2 opacity 68 and blur 7)


c&p ele 75 resize by 70% 2 x and place on left side of tag sharpen add DS (same)


c&p ele 100 and place behind previous ele, sharpen add DS


go to top layer c&p ele 73 resize by 70% 3 x and place in front of mooring


c&p ele 26 resize by 70% 1 x and place above the grass ( see mine for placement)
sharpen, add DS but change H & V to 0


top layer again c&p ele 18 resize by 70% 3 x and place on top of mooring


c&p ele 34 and place behind tube sharpen add DS change V -2 H 2


c&p ele 25 resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side of mooring


Add any other elements you would like in your tag remember to resize , sharpen and add DS.
image canvas size 850 x 850 center diamond marked


merge all visible, then resize to your liking, i usually do 600 x 600


add your license, copyrights, your own taggers watermark


i add a thin white gradient glow width 3 to the copyrights then sharpen as it makes it clearer
save as png, you are done!
