what you will need

paint shop pro (i used 17)

font i used for my name is Seawolf

i also used a small light blue gradient glow on my name too

a tube

i am using an older tube by ©Alehandra Van_Hek

Pearl in the shell available at PicsforDesign.com

i used the blue layers for this, with blonde hair

filters

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (copyright info)

foto frame -width 10- opacity 80- all other settings on default

filters unlimited 2.0- distortion filters- smelter- default setttings

okay lets start

open a transparent image 400 x 275

eye dropper tool, take a light blue color for foreground, darker blue for background

make a gradient of those colors angle 36 repeats 2, flood fill with the new gradient

layers, duplicate, image mirror, bring properties of layer down to 50

image mirror, merge down

filters unlimited distortion filters- smelter- default setting

c&p your tube, resize as desired, place on right side of tag, sharpen, add DS, V 2 H-2 Opacity 68- Blur 7

go back to your tube, image mirror, c&p tube on the background of your tag, blend mode overlay, bring properties down to 65

top layer,image, add border, symetric checked, 2 use a darker blue for the border

AAA frames, foto frame, width 10, opacity 80, all other settings default

image add borders, light blue color, symetric checked at 3,

add your copyright & license info, and your own taggers watermark. save as jpg

you are done! i hope you liked this tutorial and it was easy to follow

what you will need

a scrapkit

filters

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (copyright and license info)

Okay lets start

open a transparent image 800 x 800

we will crop this down later in the tutorial

c&p ele 17 resize by 70% 1 x place in center of canvas

magic wand, click in center of frame, selections expand by 2, c&p paper 7, selections invert, delete, select none

drag paper under frame

c&p ele 59, resize to your liking, kind of place her off to side a little, sharpen

go to top layer

c&p ele 74, resize by 70% 2 x and place on the right bottom of frame

c&p ele 25 resize by 70% 2 x image rotate to right by 20 degrees, place it behind the cluster on right hand side

go to the paper layer, c&p ele 38, resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side of lady behind her

add any other elements you would like

you can now crop your image to whatever size you like, i always like a 500 width

merge visible, resize your image to whatever you like

add your designer credits, copyright info, and your own taggers watermark (you can use a thin white glow on the credits)

merge visible, save as png

what you need

paint shop pro (any version)

a tube (any that is a beach theme)

filters

eye candy 4000- gradient glow for the copyright info

okay lets begin

open a transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll crop it down later)

c&p frame 3 and center in your canvas

get your magic wand mode Add (shift) Match mode RGB value, tolerance 0 contiguous checked, feather 0 anti alias checked click in middle of frame

selections modify expand by 2 c&p paper 2 selections invert, hit delete on keyboard, select none, drag your paper under frame

c&p your tube, resize to your liking, i resized mine by 69% 2 x then 80% also i added the Captains hat, then sharpen

c&p ele 10 resize by 69% 1 x and place on right side of tag, sharpen add DS 2 -2 68-7

c&p ele 11 resize by 69% 3 x and place in boat, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 28, resize by 69% 4 x and place on bottom of boat, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 34 resize by 69% 5 x and place on top of boat, sharpen add DS

go to frame layer, c&p ele 33 , sharpen

go to top layer c&p wordart beach resize by 69% 2 x sharpen, add DS

you can now crop your tag to whatever size you would like

add any other elements you like, merge visible, resize to whatever size you want, i always resize mine to 500 width, the heighth autoimatcally resizes

add your copyright info, designer credits, license info, and your own taggers watermark, merge visible, save as png

font- any kind of summery type font

Lets begin

open a new transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll crop it down later)

c&p ele 115 resize by 80% 1 x center

magic wand click in center of frame, selections expand by 3, c&p pap 5 selections invert, hit delete key select none, drag paper under frame

top layer, c&p tube place it whichever side you want, whatever looks good i resized my tube by 70% about 4 or 5 x and placed it on right side

c&p ele 100 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind tube on left side

now go to the something new folder, and c&p ele 19 resize by 70 1 x and place behind the wheel on left side

c&p ele 13 and place behind wheel and in front of tall grass, resize by 70% 1 x

go to frame layer, go to new folder again c&p ele 105 and just place it on the frame

new folder again, c&p ele 109 place it in front of tall grass, resize by 70% 1 x

new folder c&p ele 18 and place behind wheel and flowers, no resizing

top layer, go to wordart folder, and pick out any wordart you want, i used the flower wordart , crop to whatever size you want, merge visible

resize as you want, i did mine 500 width

add your copyright & license info, designer credits , and your own taggers watermark, you can add a thin white gradient glow on the copyrights, merge visible, save as png

thats it! you re done! i hope you enjoyed this tutorial.

lets begin

open a 800 x 800 transparent image in psp

c&p paper 9, apply your mask, merge group

c&p your tube, resize to whatever looks good to you, center in tag, sharpen

c&p ele 70 resize and place behind tube on left side sharpen

c&p ele 74 resize to fit, place behind tube on left side, sharpen

c&p ele 73, resize and place on right side of tag behind tube, sharpen

c&p ele 37 resize to fit, place behind tube on left side, sharpen

c&p ele 54 resize, place behind building on left side, sharpen

c&p ele 48 resize , place behind sandcastle, sharpen

c&p ele 21 resize, place in front of bucket of shells, sharpen

c&p ele 41 resize and place on right side of tube, sharpen

c&p ele 42 resize and place beside strawberries, sharpen

c&p ele 51 resize and place beside drink , sharpen

c&p ele 3 resize, place behind the shell, sharpen

c&p ele 8 resize place behind red flowers image rotate 20 degrees to the right sharpen

click on the building layer, c&p ele 75, resize, place right next to steps, sharpen

top layer, c&p ele 63 resize then place by the lighthouse but in the sky, sharpen

you can add any other elements you want

its time to crop & resize your tag to whatever size you like, i usually do 500 x 500

merge visible, add your copyrights, license info , designer credits (i usually use a thin white gradient on the credits )

merge visible, save as png

okay lets begin

open a transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll resize later in tutorial)

c&p ele 52 resize by 80% 1 x and place towards the upper right corner

using your magic wand, with default settings, click middle of frame, c&p pap 1 selections invert hit delete on keyboard, select none drag paper under frame

c&p your tube resize to your liking, and place on left side of frame, sharpen

c&p ele 50 image mirror resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube sharpen

c&p ele 73 resize by 70% 4 x and place behind tube by the chest, sharpen

c&p ele 80 resize by 70% 4 x and place on top of chest, sharpen

c&p ele 68 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube on right side, sharpen

c&p ele 27 resize by 70% 3 x and place on right side of tag, sharpen

c&p ele 17 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind chest, sharpen

go to top layer c&p ele 18 resize by 70% 4 x and place on left side of tube, sharpen

c&p ele 77 resize by 70% 3 x and place in front of worded rocks , sharpen

c&p ele 49 resize by 70% 4 x and place behind tube on right side , sharpen

go to bottom layer (background) c&p pap 1 apply your mask, merge group

add any other elements you want to your tag (i added eles 55 and 61 to the frame)

crop your image, merge visible, then resize it to whatever size you like (i like 500 x 500

add your copyright info, license #, designer credits and your own taggers watermark, merge visible save as png

i use a thin white gradient on the copyrights just so it is clearer

thats it! you are done, i hope it was easy to follow and you had fun. thanks for trying my tutorial

new transparent image 800 x800 (we will crop down later)

c&p paper 06 apply your mask merge group

c&p your tube, resize as needed, sharpen

c&p ele 67 resize by 70% 1 x and place behind tube on right side (see my tag)

c&p ele 58 resize by 70% 2 x and place in front of palm tree sharpen

c&p ele 90, pull down to bottom , apply mask again merge group

c&p ele 88 resize by 70% 2 x and place on right hand side behind tube sharpen

c&p ele 2 resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side behind tube sharpen

c&p ele 48 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind the cluster rotate 20 degrees to left sharpen

c&p ele 1 resize by 70% 3 x and place by the starfish cluster sharpen

c&p ele 18 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube on right side sharpen

c&p ele 27 resize by 70% 2 x and place in front of tube sharpen

now add any other additional elements you want, crop your image to the size you want,merge visible, add your copyright info, license info and designer credits, save as png.

eye candy 4000- gradient glow

open a new transparent image 800 x 800 we will crop it down later

c&p frame 7 onto the canvas resize by 80% 1 x

center in canvas

get your magic wand tool, using your shift key click in each one of the frames selections expand by 2

c&p pap 13 selections invert hit delete on keyboard, select none, drag your paper below your frame in your palette

go back to top layer

c&p your tube resize to fit, center on frame sharpen

c&p ele 48 resize to fit, place behind tube on right side, sharpen add DS (i used H2 V-2 Opacity 68 Blur 7) or you can use your own DS

c&p ele 51 resize to fit sharpen add DS, place behind bottle on right side

c&p ele 70 resize to fit, sharpen add DS, place behind basket on right side

go to top layer c&p ele 2 resize sharpen add DS place in front of tube

c&p ele 3 place behind tube on left side no resizing needed sharpen add DS

c&p ele 16 resize to fit, place on left side in front of bag sharpen add DS

go to your frame layer c&p ele 29 and pull down until sand is underneath everything

go to the top layer c&p ele 83 resize to fit, place on right side , sharpen add DS

c&p ele 97 resize to fit, sharpen add DS and place on left side in front of bag

add any other elements you would like in the tag, i went to the frame layer and added ele 37 (bubbles)

you can crop your tag now

merge visible , resize to whatever size you would like, i usually resize mine by 550 width but you can resize it to whatever you like

add your copyright info, license info, designer credits and your own taggers watermark, i also use eye candy 4000 gradient glow (thin white) on the copyright info as it looks clearer. merge visible save as png
