what you need
paint shop pro (i am using 17)
a tube (fall themed)
mine is Samantha by ©Alehandra Van_Hek

distortion filters- swirl
eye candy 4000- gradient glow (just for copyright info)
okay lets begin
open a new transparent image 400 x 275
take your eye dropper tool and take two colors from it, i used the light and dark brown in her jacket
now make a gradient out of that, angle 36 repeat 2, flood fill with that color
layer duplicate, image mirror, layer properties to at least 50, merge down
VM distortion swirl 2 x
c&p your tube, resize as needed, duplicate 2 x for a total of 3 tubes , move them so they are all in a row, layers, soft light bring properties to 54 or less. (whatever you think looks good)
c&p your tube, resize as needed,place tube in center, sharpen add DS V 2 H -2 Opacity 68 Blur 7
new raster layer, select all, flood fill with your light color, hit delete on keyboard, selections, invert, effects, inner bevel of your choice, select none
duplicate frame, go to original frame, adjust blur at 4, top layer, eye candy hsb noise, just play around it until you get it the color you want then merge down ( you can add a DS if you wish to the frame)
add your copyright , license info and your own taggers watermark, merge all flatten, save as jpg. (you can use a thin gradient glow the same light color in your tag on the copyrights so it looks clearer)
