what you will need
paint shop pro (i am using X7 but any version will do)

a tube

filters
eye candy 4000- gradient glow for credits
eye candy nature- snow drift (optional i use it to put snow on different elements)

font your choice, you can always check out the Christmas fonts at DaFont.com


okay lets start

open a new transparent image 600 x 250

c&p paper 4 onto your canvas (i resized my paper to 800 x 800)

c&p your tube resize by 70% 3 x and place in center of tag, sharpen add DS (V 2 H-2 Opac 68 Blur 7)

c&p ele 101 resize by 70% 5 x and place behind tube on right side, duplicate image mirror 

c&p ele 111 resize by 70% 5 x and place behind rose, sharpen add DS, duplicate, image mirror

c&p ele 110 resize by 70% 5 x and place behind the pine cones , sharpen add DS duplicate image mirror, 

c&p ele 108, resize by 70% 4 x and place on the sprig of pine, sharpen add DS, duplicate, image mirror

go to your background layer, c&p ele 121 resize by 70% 3 x sharpen add DS duplicate image mirror, merge down

now you can add the snow if you want to the pine branches, i always use dusting moderate on mine

c&p ele 49 resize by 70% 5 x and place on left side of branches, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 74 resize by 70% 6 x sharpen add DS and place on right side of branches

go to top layer c&p ele 66 resize by 70% 2 x and place on left side of tag, sharpen add DS

you can add any other elements you wish. merge all flatten

image add borders 3 symetric checked white, then add borders size 2 green, then add borders 3 red 

resize to 600 x 250 , add your copyright info, license info and your designer credits and your own taggers watermark

merge all flatten , save as jpg

add your name and you are done!
