what you'll need

a tube

i am using a tube by Molly Harrison

you can purchase this tube (autumn moon)

and a license from CDO

filters

foto frame

eye candy 4000-gradient glow ( copyrights)

font- gardenia

it is a free font, i think i got mine at dafont.com




ok lets begin



open a new image transparent 600 x 250


open your tube and using the eye dropper tool take 2 colors from your tube light for foreground and dark for background


make a gradient glow using those colors with these settings

angle 23 repeats 2 all other settings on default

flood fill with your new gradient

perspective horizontal - distortion 100 edge mode wrap


duplicate layer image mirror bring properties of that layer to 50%

c&p tube and put in center of tag  (resize as needed)

if youre using the same tube i am, i chose to use the misted layer of the tube.

foto frame with these settings

width 10 opacity 80 all other settings default

go apply foto frame to each individual layer

go to background layer select all modify contract by 11 invert promote selection to layer select none. blend mode for promoted layer is multiply


merge all flatten get out your text tool, choose a font, (i used gardenia) size 48,  stroke width 1  use your light color for background and black for foreground, type out the word Autumn place where you would like, when happy with it convert to raster layer, add DS i used 2 -2 68 7 repeat the same only this time type out the word moon


if you are using the same tube, if not then just use your own words or wordart.
add your copyrights, license and your own tag line, merge all flatten save as jpg.  add your name and you are done
