what you will need

a tube

i am using a beautiful tube by Keith Garvey (Astrounding)

you can purchase this tube and a license here

please do not use this tube without a license

whatever tube you use make sure there is also a close up included

filters

foto frame

font Dream American Diner

it is a free font which i got at Dafont.com

ok lets start

open a new image 600 x 250

flood fill with a dark grey shade or use a darker color from your tube

effect texture effect texture ( i chose the crumpled paper texture)

get out your rectangle tool, black foreground light grey background line style dash dot set at 5 width

draw out a thin rectangle across the length of your tag convert to raster layer, objects align center in canvas

apply the same texture to this layer DS 2 - 2 68 7 then again DS but this time -2 2

new raster layer

for the wordart i just found a brush that i could use or you can write your own words add DS (2 -2 68 7)

now for the tube c&p the tube and place on left hand side resize to fit sharpen add DS

c&p close up on the right hand side resize a bit to fit but still want it bigger than the tube on the left side

when happy with it, sharpen and add DS

now foto frame width 10 opacity 80 go to each layer and apply foto frame

now when you get to the background select all modify contract by 11 selections invert promote selection to layer select none

i used overlay as the blend mode for this layer

image add borders 2 symetric checked black

add your license copyrights and tag name

merge all flatten save as jpg

you are finished. i hope this tutorial was easy to follow and you had fun. i would love to see your results email them to me and i will showcase them here
