you will need a tube. i am using the wonderful art of Alehandra Vanhek. you can purchase this tube and other over at
www.picsfordesign.com


supplies
psp, i am using 16, but any version will work
I used the font Broadway

filters
DSB Flux- spiderweb
Filter factory F- scrambler
eye candy 4000 -gradient glow

Open a new image 600 x 250
copy & paste your tube as a new layer
image effect, seamless tile at default
new raster layer, arrange send to bottom. flood fill with color of choice. i use the teal in her hair
merge visible, gaussian blur at 34
Filter factory F- scrambler at 50 or whatever the blocks look good at. just play around with it
DSB flux- Spiderweb default or whatever looks good.


now copy and paste your tube and center it. resize to what looks good to you.
add DS-  H-10 V- 10 Opacity- 50 Blur- 6  then repeat drop shadow changing H & V to -10
highlight the top layer
new raster layer, select all, flood fill with your color choice or make a gradient out of 2 colors
selections,modify, contract by 4 hit delete on your keyboard, select none
you can add a gradient glow of 3 to the border, i used white on mine. make sure that thin is checked and gradient width is 3


add your copyrights and license number and tag line
merge all flatten, save as jpg

now type out your name using whatever font you like. i used Broadway with the colors of her hair(teal & pink)
size 36, stroke width 1 all other settings at default. convert to raster layer, add drop shadow, i used H-1 V-1 Opacity -50
Blur-6
you can add a gradient glow to this too but change the gradient width to 6. i added some noise to my name
