font-  i am using Fiolex Girls

Open a new transparent image 800 x 800

we'll crop it later

c&p frame 2 resize by 70% 1 x

get your magic wand and click in center of frame

c&p paper 12 selections invert hit delete on keyboard select none drag paper under frame

go to top layer c&p tube resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side of frame sharpen add DS ( V 2 H -2 Opacity 68 Blur 7)

c&p ele 3 resize by 70% 3 x place behind tube on right hand side sharpen add DS

c&p ele 29 resize by 70% 2 x place behind tube kind of on the paper sharpen add DS

c&p ele 43 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind tube on left side, sharpen add DS

go to top layer c&p ele 98c resize by 70% 2 x and place in center sharpen add DS

c&p ele 99 resize by 70% 3 x and place beside wine bottle, layers duplicate, move second glass to right a bit merge down, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 51resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side of wine bottle and glasses, sharpen add DS

go to your frame layer c&p spray 11 and place sharpen

go to top layer pick out which wordart you want to use, i used the All Dolled Up wordart. place

where you like resize by 70% 3 x  sharpen add DS but change the color to her skirt color

add whatever other elements you want, when happy then you can crop it to whatever size you like, 

c&p pap 13 as a new layer layers arrange send to bottom

use a mask of choice, layers new mask layer from image source luminance checked, image your

mask then click ok merge group, merge visible. resize to desired size, add your copyrights info,

license info designers credits, and your own taggers watermark, and your name merge visible save as png or jpg

you are done!

eye candy 4000- gradient glow

Muras Meisters- copies

font- Fiolex Girls (DaFont.com)

ok lets begin

open a new transparent image 600 x 250

using your eye dropper tool take a light for foreground and a darker for background, make a gradientt of the background angle 26 repeats 2 linear

select all copy your tube, edit paste into selections select none image effects seamless tile at default, adjust gaussian blur at 15

distortion effects wind from right 100 then from left 100

adjust blur motion blur angle 315 strength 100 repeat 2 x

c&p your tube resize to fit, place on left hand side, sharpen add DS (V 1 H-1 Opacity 50 Blur 6)

muras meisters copies line everything at default but set number at 5 or whatever looks good to you

bring layer properties down to 37

now get your rectangle tool draw a small rectangle on the left side of tag convert to raster, get a heart shaped preset shape and draw a heart in the rectangle, add inner bevel add DS

get your text tool out , using the font Fiolex Girls, type out love, size 48 stroke 1 black for foreground and red for background, stretch out a bit , when happy with it convert to raster layer, add inner bevel of choice and DS

c&p your tube, resize to fit, place on right hand side, sharpen add DS

new raster layer, select all, flood fill with black color, selections contract by 2, selections invert, adjust add remove noise, random 50% select none

add your copyright info, license info and your own taggers watermark. merge all flatten save as jpg

ok lets start

open a new transparent image 851 x 315

take your eye dropper tool , take light color from tube for foreground and a darker color for background

make a gradient out of the background color, foreground background angle 26 repeats 2

flood fill your canvas with the new gradient you just made

edit copy your tube back to the canvas, select all edit paste into selection select none

 seamless tile at default, adjust gaussian blur at 12

add remove noise uniform at 30%

add remove noise automatic small scratch removal

c&p your tube resize to fit, place on left hand side, sharpen add DS (V 0 H 13 Opacity 50 Blur12)

Muras Meister copies  line but reduce to 8 or less (i used 5)

Blend mode hard light bring layer properties down to 41

c&p your tube again resize to fit place in center of timeline sharpen add DS (same)

new raster layer, select all flood fill with your light color, selections modify contract by 2 hit delete on keyboard selections invert add an inner bevel of choice select none

add a thin gradient glow the same color as your frame, layers duplicate, go to original frame, adjust gaussian blur at 10

then go to top layer, add noise at 40% uniform, then add noise at 50% random

merge down, add your copyrights, license info, your own taggers watermark and name. merge all flatten save as jpg

ok lets start

open a new transparent image 800 x 800

we will crop it down later

c&p ele 13 onto your canvas center it

get your magic wand click in the window frames, hold your shift key down while doing this,

selections expand by 2 c&p paper 2 resize a little, selections invert hit delete on keyboard, select none

drag the paper below your frame, go to top layer

c&p your tube, resize by 70% and place her kind of on the window, (see my tag) sharpen add DS H 2 V -2 Opacity 68 Blur 7 (you can add her bow or use the layer with the Santa hat)

c&p ele 47 resize by 70% 3 x and place on window frame, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 27 resize by 70% 3 x and place on right hand side of tag (door)

c&p ele 26 resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side of tag sharpen add DS to both elements

c&p ele 4 resize by 70% 4 x image rotate to the right by 20 sharpen add DS

c&p ele 3 resize by 70% 5 x and place beside the first bulb sharpen add DS

c&p ele 36 resize by 70% 2 x and place on window frame beside the bulbs, sharpen add DS

now is the time to crop your tag if you wish

if you want you can put snow on the frame using eye candy nature snow drift

merge visible, resize your tag to the size you like (i usually resize to 500 width )

add your copyright info, lic # designers info and your own taggers watermark

you are done!
