font-  i am using Fiolex Girls




Open a new transparent image 800 x 800


we'll crop it later

c&p frame 2 resize by 70% 1 x

get your magic wand and click in center of frame

c&p paper 12 selections invert hit delete on keyboard select none drag paper under frame

go to top layer c&p tube resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side of frame sharpen add DS ( V 2 H -2 Opacity 68 Blur 7)

c&p ele 3 resize by 70% 3 x place behind tube on right hand side sharpen add DS

c&p ele 29 resize by 70% 2 x place behind tube kind of on the paper sharpen add DS

c&p ele 43 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind tube on left side, sharpen add DS

go to top layer c&p ele 98c resize by 70% 2 x and place in center sharpen add DS

c&p ele 99 resize by 70% 3 x and place beside wine bottle, layers duplicate, move second glass to right a bit merge down, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 51resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side of wine bottle and glasses, sharpen add DS
go to your frame layer c&p spray 11 and place sharpen

go to top layer pick out which wordart you want to use, i used the All Dolled Up wordart. place

where you like resize by 70% 3 x  sharpen add DS but change the color to her skirt color

add whatever other elements you want, when happy then you can crop it to whatever size you like, 
c&p pap 13 as a new layer layers arrange send to bottom

use a mask of choice, layers new mask layer from image source luminance checked, image your
mask then click ok merge group, merge visible. resize to desired size, add your copyrights info,

license info designers credits, and your own taggers watermark, and your name merge visible save as png or jpg
