what you'll need


paint shop pro ( i am using 17)

a tube

i am using Chillin by ©Nocturne

you can get this at PicsforDesign.com


filters


filters unlimited 2.0 - striped paper fine - (default settings)

if you dont have it then you can just use blinds 


AAA frames-foto frame- width 10 opacity 80


eye candy 4000- gradient glow for copyright info


font used- Silken thread




okay lets start


open a transparent canvas 600 x 250


copy the tube background, paste as new image, resize to 700 width 


image effects seamless tile at default, then 1 more x


new raster layer , fill with a pink color from the tube, 


then filters unlimited, striped paper fine at default, or you can use blinds in texture effects


get the rectangle tool, background off, draw a small square, convert to raster, place in top left corner, magic wand , click in the square, c&p your tube, no resize, move it around to get what  you want, selections invert, press delete on keyboard, select none. pull image under frame, go to top, merge down, duplicate layer, image mirror, place on bottom right of tag


image add border- use a darker pink for the border- symetric checked border width 2


c&p your tube, and put this one in center of tag, resize (i resized mine by 70% 2 x) but you resize to what looks good to you


sharpen, add Drop shadow, V 2 H-2 Opacity 68, blur-7


merge all flatten


AAA frames- foto frame- width 10, opacity 80


then add a light pink border using the same settings


add your copyright info, and your own taggers watermark. merge all flatten, you can also write a type of caption on the left side, if you want.


merge all flatten, save as jpg.
