what you need
a tube

filters
FM file tools- blend emboss
eye candy 4000- swirl
foto frame
muras meister copies- line
font i used- Librarian
you can get this at fonts101.com
Open a new image 600 x 400
open your tube eye dropper tool and take a light color for foreground and darker for background
i took a light brown and dark brown colors from the one kitty
make your background a gradient, linear angle 24 repeats 2 invert checked, everything else default
flood fill with gradient, layers duplicate, image mirror reduce layer properties to 37-50, merge down
FM file tools- blend emboss (default)
eye candy 4000 swirl wispy (default)
c&p the background from tube (resize) bring layer properties down to 49 repeat eye candy 4000 swirl wispy (default)
rectangle tool draw a thin rectangle from top to bottom convert to raster, muras meister copies line set the top number to 4 all other setting default
select all float defloat, repeat the eye candy 4000 swirl wispy select none, DS (same settings) , FM file tools blend emboss (default)
c&p all your tubes and kind of place them in center of tag sharpen add DS to all parts of tubes
merge all tubes down once together move your tube to where you like
AAA frames foto frame set width to 10 and opacity to 80 do this to each layer of your tag
when you get to your last layer, select all selections modify contract by 10 selections invert then selections promote selection to layer select none
layers arrange bring to top blend mode screen
image add borders symetric checked 2 dark brown, 2 light brown then 1 black
then resize to what you like, add copyright info, license info, & your own taggers watermark. merge all flatten save as jpg
