what you will need

paint shop pro
i am using 17 but any version will work



a scrap kit

i am using Oceanside by All Dolled Up

filter

eye candy 4000-gradient glow (for the copyrights and name)

font tropical brush script
you can do a search for this but i think i got it at Dafont.com



ok lets play!



open a new transparent image 700 x 700



c&p ele 106 onto your canvas reszie by 80% place in center sharpen



get out your magic wand and click inside the frame selections modify expand by 2 c&p paper 15 i
resized it by 70% 2 x selections invert delete on your keyboard select none now drag the paper below

your frame go to top layer



c&p ele 105 resize by 70% 2 x and place on bottom left corner of frame sharpen add DS (2 -2 68 7)



go to frame layer c&p ele 59 resize by 70% 2 x and place up towards the top sharpen



go to top layer c&p ele 110 resize by 70% 2 x and place on right side of frame rotate ele 20 degrees to the right using image rotate



c&p ele 108 resize by 70% 2 x and place towards the top of frame sharpen add DS



c&p ele 109 resize by 70% 4 x and place on bottom left corner of book sharpen add DS



c&p ele 118 resize by 70% 3 x and place inbetween book and oars sharpen add DS



c&p ele 73 resize by 70% 4 x and place on top right corner of frame sharpen add DS



now you can crop your tag if you would like, merge visible, resize to whatever size you want , add your copyrights, designer info, license info ,your own taggers watermark




i used a thin white gradient on my copyrights & license info. add your name merge visible save as png
