what you will need

Filters
Muras Meister-copies
Filters unlimited 2.0 paper textures canvas fine
eye candy 4000 gradient glow (copyrights)
Font- Cinnamon Roll Plain
Lets begin
Open your tube and using your eye dropper tool take two colors that go well together light for foreground darker for background
Open a new transparent image 600 x 250
c&p your tube and center it, bring down a little to make sure her face is showing
Muras Meisters copies choose the wallpaper rotate setting
Adjust blur gaussian blur at 10
Filters unlimited paper textures canvas fine at default
using your preshape tool set on rectangle draw out a thin rectangle the length of your canvas convert to raster layer filters unlimited paper textures canvas fine at the same settings add a drop shadow V 2
H -2 Opacity 68 Blur 7 then repeat drop shadow but switch the V -2 H 2
Bring down the properties of the rectangle to about 75-77
click on your background layer in your palette, c&p your tube image mirror place on right hand side sharpen add first DS we used
bring properties of your tube to about 50 or so
Go to your top layer, c&p tube again but place on left side resize if needed sharpen add DS
go to your rectangle layer, get out your text tool , pick a font and type whatever you would like, i typed Cider Time on mine
when happy with it convert to raster layer add DS and anything else like inner bevel gradient glow, etc
i also added the fine canvas texture to the text using filters unlimited
go to your top layer, new raster layer, select all flood fill with a color of choice but goes well with the tag, selections modify contract by 2
hit delete on keyboard select none
add a thin gradient glow using the same color as your frame, i also used hsb noise on the frame and then added some noise to it then sharpened it
add your copyright info, license # and your own taggers watermark and your name
Merge all flatten save as jpg. you are done! i hope you liked this tutorial and it was easy to follow. I
