you can find this tube at PFD, it is through the exclusive club there

filters

tramages- wiremesh

dsb flux- spiderweb

eye candy 4000- gradient glow

some sparkle- i used some sparkle from a kit i bought from Rabid Designz called Midnight Blues

you can purchase this kit at http://rabiddesignzscraps.blogspot.com/

font- any script will do. you can find free ones at Dafont.com

ok lets start

Open a new transparent image 851 x 315

using your eye dropper tool, take a light and dark colors from your tube, make a gradient out of those colors foreground background gradient  angle 25 repeats 2 invert checked

flood fill with your new gradient

tramages wire mesh at default

dsb flux spiderweb - just play around with the settings until you find a setting you like  ( i used rays 18,rings 21 and merge 61) but you can set it whatever looks good to you

c&p your regular tube resize to fit, sharpen add DS  V 0 H 14 Opacity 70 and blur 12

go to your background and make active in your layer palette c&p your close up and lower properties of this layer to about 37 or so

place on left hand side, add same DS

go back to your background in the layer palette, if youre using the same kit , c&p ele 26 , then lower the properties to 62 or whatever looks good to you then sharpen

make the top layer active  in the layer palette

new raster layer select all flood fill with the light color you used

selections contract by 2 and hit delete on your keyboard select none

add a thin gradient using your darker color all other settings default

duplicate your layer, go down to the original frame adjust blur gaussian blur at 5

go to your top layer adjust add remove noise uniform at 50% then repeat but check the random box and at 76% and merge down

get out your text tool choose a font , size 48 and stroke width 0  with foreground null type the name you want on the timeline, when happy convert to raster layer and add a thin dark gradient to it

add your copyrights, license info and your own taggers watermark. remember though Facebook

doesnt allow URL's so just the artist their site (no .com) and your license info  if you used any

elements from a kit be sure to credit the designer

merge all flatten save as jpg

thanks for trying my tutorial i hope it was easy to follow

if you want to just make a tag just reduce the dimensions to 600 x 250

here is a sample of a tag i made
