what you will need

Paint shop pro
i an using 16 but any version will do

a tube
i am using a tube by © Alex Prihodko

which you can purchase at PFD
(Summer)


filters

eye candy 4000 -gradient glow & hsb noise

(used mainly for copyrights and my name)

a Scrapkit

i am using Summertime Mini by

Foxy Designz and you can purchase this at
CDO

font- seaside resort (free font)

ok lets start


open a new image 700 x 425

c&p frame 1 as a new layer, center in canvas


magic wand tool mode add (shift) match node RGB value, tolerance 0, contiguous checked feather 0,anti alias checked


click the middle of both sides of frame, c&p paper 3 as new layer, selections invert hit delete on keyboard select none


drag paper under frame (in your layer palette)


c&p your tube


if you are using what i am using, resize by 45% then 70% center on frame


c&p ele 8 resize by 70% 2 x then 85% place behind tube on left hand side


c&p ele 11 resize by 70% 3 x place on right hand side of tag upper right corner


c&p ele 21 resize by 50% 2 x then by 70%


place on right side of tube


adjust sharpen, add DS (2 -2 68 7)


c&p ele 25 resize by 50% 2 x image rotate 20 to the left add a fat white gradient glow , sharpen add DS place on left hand corner


place ele 29 behind tube and lighthouse anywhere you want


c&p wordart1 resize by 50% 1 x and place on tube towards the bottom ( see my tag for placement)


merge visible, resize to whatever size of tag you like, add copyrights, license and your name. save as png


i usually use a thin white gradient glow for the copyrights and license just to make it clearer
