Changing Sands tag tutorial

this tube is no longer available but any summer tube will do
ok lets start
open a new image 600 x 250 transparent
c&p paper 8 as a new layer
c&p ele 45 as a new layer move it around a bit so you can see the sand
c&p ele 41 as a new layer place on left side, reduce by 70% 2 x
layers duplicate image mirror, then merge down, sharpen
c&p ele 76 as a new layer, reduce by 70% 2 x
place on right hand side of tag, sharpen, drop shadow 2 2 68 7
the drop shadow will be used with those settings, throughout this tutorial
c&p ele 39 place on right hand side behind the fence, reduce by 70% 1 x
c&p ele 43 reduce by 70% 2 x and place top of the tag on the right
c&p ele 32 reduce by 70% 1 x and place on right hand side above the fence layer, sharpen add DS
c&p ele 30 reduce by 70% 4 x and place by fence, sharpen add DS
c&p ele 37 and place on left side add DS
c&p your tube and place on left side, i mirrored mine, resized it by 70% 2 x and sharpened it and added a DS
now for the frame, new raster layer (make sure you are on the top layer) select all flood fill with a color from the kit
i used the light teal from the ocean. selections modify contract by 4 hit delete on keyboard, selections invert
i used hsb noise with these settings
add a thin gradient glow to your frame using the same color as your frame
i also used hsb noise for my name and added some noise to it
i used the font Lighthouse personal use
add your copyright , license and name
merge all flatten
save as jpg and you are done!
