I am using a forum style template 059 by Spawn

ok lets start!
Open up your template and shift d to duplicate and close original
select main background then float defloat paste paper 4 in , invert ,push delete on keyboard once then select none
select black angled lines and repeat above steps with paper 5 select none and add noise gaussian at 30 monochrome checked
add drop shadow to layer 2 -2 50 5 or DS of your choice
select grey angled lines and repeat above steps with paper 5
select grey foreground and copy and paste paper 15 into layer, selections invert, hit delete on keyboard, select none
add your tube either side, which ever looks good to you
i resized my tube by 40% then 2 x by 70% (its a big tube)
i placed mine on the left hand side, add DS (same settings as before)
resize tree 2 by 70% and place on right hand side
place butterfly scatter on right hand side on top of tree and resize 1 x by 70%
place 2pumpkins element on right hand side and resize by 70% 4 times
Add DS to pumpkins
add branch resize by 40% and place behind the pumpkins. i rotated mine 20 degrees to the right
place dandelions behind branch and resize by 60% and rotate 20% to right
leaf 2 resize by 40% and place in front of pumpkins
take a light color from the tag and then select your border, float defloat, flood fill the border with your chosen color.
add any elements you would like. i added the sparkle and resized by 60% and place behind my tube.
i did use screenworks close knit for my frame and gradient glow for name and the copyrights,and a small glow on the border
merge all flatten, (when you have everything where you want) add your copyrights, name.
all done!
