i am using a tube by Alex Prihodko

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (name&copyrights)
font i used is wedding invitation
 
 

Ok lets create!
 
 
 
open a new image transparent 800 x 800
 
c&p frame 4 onto canvas
 
take out magic wand with the settings replace match node color tolerance 20 contigious checked feather 0 anti alias unchecked
 
click inside the frame then selections modify expand by 2
 
c&p paper 7 selections invert and hit delete on keyboard, drag paper under frame
 
working on top layer, give your frame a drop shadow. i used H 2 V -2 Opacity 68 Blur 7, shadow on new layer unchecked
 
c&p your tube and place in center , add drop shadow, i used H 1 V -1 the rest of the settings the same
 
now the rest of the tut will be placing elements on the tag
 
c&p ele 2 place behind tube on frame layers duplicate image mirror add DS to your liking
 
c&p ele 6 resize by 70% place by daisies (ele2) duplicate, image mirror DS
 
c&p element 5 place around flowers (see my tag for placement)add DS
 
c&p ele 3 resize by 35% place on right hand side on daisy
 
layers duplicate, image mirror, then place duplicate on left hand side but down towards the bottom of tag, add DS to both elements
 
c&p ele 22 and place underneath tube so it looks like she sitting on it. layers duplicate, image flip merge those 2 layers and add DS
 
c&p ele 33 resize by 70% and place behind tube, add DS
 
the next step is optional
 
i took ele 37 and placed it on the bottom layer behind the frame and paper, then i duplicated it image mirror to make it look bigger, merge those 2 layers together and added a DS
 
merge all layers visible, image resize to 630 x 630, or whatever size you want, add your copyrights, your name and save as png
