Supplies
a tube
i am using a tube by Misticheskaya

This is a beautiful kit, much to choose from.
filters
eye candy 4000- gradient glow
penta- color dot (for the frame)

i used celtic hand

ok lets start
1. open a new image 600 x 250
2. resize paper 7 to 600 x 600
3. c&p that paper as a new layer
4. c&p frame 5 , resize and place on left hand side of tag
5. get your magic wand tool and click inside of frame, selections, modify expand by 5
6. c&p element 6 as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, select none. move element below frame
7. c&p your tube on right side of frame
8. c&p element 8 on your frame image free rotate (left 20 degrees) all layers not checked
9. add DS 1 V 1 H 68 Opacity 7 Blur
10. c&p element 1 resize and place behind frame ( look at my tag for placement)
11. c&p element 24 resize and place on top of gold coins( element 1)
12. c&p element 29 and place below gold coins (ele 1) you do not need to resize this
13. c&p element 31 and place on top of hat and coins ( eles 1 and 24)
14. c&p ele 33 resize, and place behind gold coins and hat (eles 1 and 24) see my tag for placement
15. c&p ele 44 (wordart Lucky Me) resize and place in top right hand corner, add gradient glow of 3 ,all other settings at default, on the color screen make sure fat is highlighted
color white
16. add borders, 2 dark green color or a dark color from your tube
17. add borders 8 (symmetric checked) light green or light color from your tube.
18. take your magic wand click on your border penta color dot at default settings.
19. add proper copyrights, add your name (i used celtic hand size 36 stroke width 1 create as vector all other settings at default)
20. merge all flatten, save as jpg.
