Rough Diamonds Tag Tutorial

 

Rough diamonds tutorial

Supplies

Psp i am using 16 but any version will work

a tube
i am using the gorgeous work of © Rion Vernon

of Pin up Toons, you can get this and his other
gorgeous work at CDO

 

 

Filters

Simple- diamonds, 4 way average blintz

Muras Meister - copies
Screenworks- close knit (optional)

Font- i used FairyDustB but you can use whatever one you like

 

 

 

Ok lets play

 

 

1. open a new image 600 x 250

2. pick 2 colors from your tube, light for foreground, darker for background

3. click on your foreground and switch to gradient, fore-background, angle 45 repeats 0, linear

4. flood fill with your gradient

5. new raster layer, select all, copy your tube edit paste into selection, select none

6. Muras meister copies, present menu, wallpaper rotate, rest at default settings

7. gaussian blur at 20

8. simple diamonds, simple 4 way average, simple blintz (default), add noise 10

9. c and p your tube in the center, DS- 2 2 50 6

10. new raster layer, select all, flood fill with the gradient you made earlier

11. selections, modify contract by 4, hit delete on keyboard, selections, invert, screenworks close knit. (optional)

12. duplicate layer, gaussian blur (on your copy) blur set to 3

13. add your copyrights, and tag line, merge all flatten, save as jpg.
