okay lets begin

open a transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll resize later in tutorial)

c&p ele 52 resize by 80% 1 x and place towards the upper right corner

using your magic wand, with default settings, click middle of frame, c&p pap 1 selections invert hit delete on keyboard, select none drag paper under frame

c&p your tube resize to your liking, and place on left side of frame, sharpen

c&p ele 50 image mirror resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube sharpen

c&p ele 73 resize by 70% 4 x and place behind tube by the chest, sharpen

c&p ele 80 resize by 70% 4 x and place on top of chest, sharpen

c&p ele 68 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube on right side, sharpen

c&p ele 27 resize by 70% 3 x and place on right side of tag, sharpen

c&p ele 17 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind chest, sharpen

go to top layer c&p ele 18 resize by 70% 4 x and place on left side of tube, sharpen

c&p ele 77 resize by 70% 3 x and place in front of worded rocks , sharpen

c&p ele 49 resize by 70% 4 x and place behind tube on right side , sharpen

go to bottom layer (background) c&p pap 1 apply your mask, merge group

add any other elements you want to your tag (i added eles 55 and 61 to the frame)

crop your image, merge visible, then resize it to whatever size you like (i like 500 x 500

add your copyright info, license #, designer credits and your own taggers watermark, merge visible save as png

i use a thin white gradient on the copyrights just so it is clearer

you will need

steampunk kit

i am using Steampunk Dreams by Magical Moments

mask of choice

font of choice

okay lets start

open a transparent image in psp 800x 800 (we'll resize later in tutorial)

c&p ele 40  resize 1 x by 80%  place in center

get out the magic wand  using add (shift RGB value tolerance 0 contigeous checked and anti alias checked feather 0 click inside your frame

c&p pap 2 selections invert hit delete on keyboard, select none drag paper under frame

go to top layer, c&p your tube, resize to whatever is good for you, i kind of erased a portion of her legs (see my tag)

c&p ele 92 resize to liking place on right side of tube, sharpen

c&p ele 89 resize and place under flower, sharpen

c&p ele 80 resize and place under black leaves, sharpen

c&p ele 88, resize place on letters under the leaves make it look like its sitting on the letters, sharpen

top layer, c&p ele 65, resize and place next to the flowers, sharpen

c&p ele 47 , resize and place behind compass, sharpen

c&p ele 52, resize, place behind hat, sharpen

c&p ele 50 , resize, place behind hat, sharpen

go to frame layer, c&p ele 64, resize and place behind lantern, image rotate 20 degrees to the right sharpen

still on the same layer c&p ele 99, resize and place behind the tube on left side, sharpen

c&p ele 93 resize, place on top of books, sharpen

go to bottom layer c&p paper 2 , apply your mask, merge group (i use the same paper as i did in the frame, it just looks better)

top layer, crop your image and resize it to whatever you like (i always use 500 x 500) but you can size it to what you like

you can also add any other additional elements you would like to your tag

add your copyright info, kit designer info your license # and your own taggers watermark

merge visible, save as png

thats it ! you are done i hope you enjoyed this tutorial and it was easy to understand

eye candy 4000 - gradient glow and hsb noise (optional) for the copyrights info and license

font

any kind of an elegant font

mask of choice

Open a new transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll crop it later)

c&p ele 81 resize to fit place in center of canvas

get out your magic wand, default settings, click the center of the frame, selections, modify expand by 2, c&p paper 13 selections invert, then delete on keyboard select none.  then drag the paper under the frame 

c&p your tube, resize to your liking, place in center of tag, then take your eraser and erase just the legs, sharpen

c&p ele 57 resize by 70% 2 x and place on right side of tag, sharpen

c&p ele 56 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind the flowers , sharpen

c&p ele 61 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube on left side, sharpen

c&p ele 59 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube but in front of the flowers on left side, sharpen

go to top layer c&p ele 14 resize to liking and place in center, sharpen

c&p ele 113 resize by 70% 3 x and place inside pearls, sharpen

c&p ele 118 resize by 70% 3 x and place in front of pearls, sharpen

c&p ele 75 resize by 70% 4 x place in front of pearls on right side,  rotate to right 20 degrees , sharpen

c&p ele 10 resize by 70% 4 x and place on left side of tag, sharpen

go to frame layer, c&p ele 25 and kind of place in center sharpen

go to the bottom layer, c&p paper 9, apply your mask , merge group, i added ele 24 to the mask then duplicated and image mirror

but that is up to you. 

you can add any other elements you want to make it yours 

now you can crop your tag to any size you like, i usually go with 500 w  

merge visible, add your copyright info, license info and your own tagger watermark. you can use a thin, white gradient on your copyrights if you want 

merge visible, save as png. thats it your done!  thanks for trying my tutorial and i hope it was easy to follow

okay lets start

open a 600 x 250 transparent image in psp 

c&p paper 10

get your tube 

c&p your tube, resize to fit, and place in center of canvas

sharpen, add DS ( V 2 H-2 Opacity 68 Blur 7)

c&p ele 129 resize to fit, place behind tube on left side, layers duplicate, image mirror sharpen add DS

c&p ele 160 resize to fit, place behind sunflower on left side, sharpen add DS, duplicate, image mirror

c&p ele 136 resize to fit, image mirror then bring to left side of tag and place behind sunflowers, sharpen add DS

c&p ele 134, resize to fit, place behind daffodil on left side, sharpen add DS, image mirror, you'll have to bring it up behind the flower on the right side

go to the flower behind the daffodil, c&p ele 185, resize to fit, duplicate image mirror and just place wherever you want

go to top layer, c&p ele 2 resize 2 x by 40% place in upper left hand corner of tag, sharpen add DS,  image mirror and place a little bit down

still on top layer new raster layer, select all fill in with a color of your choosing (i used the blue in her dress)

selections, contract by 2 hit delete on keyboard, select none

add a thin gradient glow the same color as the frame

layers duplicate, then go to the original frame, adjust gaussian blur at 8%

merge down, sharpen

add your credits, license info and artist copyrights and your own taggers watermark

merge all flatten , save as jpg

filters

tramages - wire mesh, pool shadow

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (copyright info)

AAA frames- foto frame 

font- Sloop Script Three ( but you can use whatever font you like)

open a transparent image 400 x 275

using the dropper tool take a light color from your tube for foreground darker color for your background (i used the blue in her shirt)

make a gradient of those colors using foreground-background gradient angle 36 repeats 2 invert checked

flood fill your canvas with the new gradient 

layers duplicate, image mirror bring layer properties to 48 or so

effects distortion effects twirl 720 degrees

tramages - wire mesh, then tramages pool shadow (default settings)

c&p your tube resize to your liking, and place on left side of tag

sharpen add DS v 2 h-2 opacity 68 blur 7

background layer c&p your tube again image mirror resize 1 x by 70% blend mode soft light 

go to top layer 

image add borders symetric checked, 3 your light foreground color

image add borders symetric checked same color but 15 for the size

magic wand , click your border add shift, RGB value 0 tolerance contigous checked feather 0 anti alias checked outside

flood fill with your gradient select none

add borders 3 symetric checked with your light color

AAA frames- foto frame width 10 opacity 80 all other settings default

add borders 4 symetric checked light color

merge all flatten, add your copyright info, license info and your own taggers watemark

save as jpg  (resize if you would like it smaller)
