what you will need

a scrap kit

i am using Fragrance of Lavender by Ellis Creations

you can purchase it at PicsforDesign.com

eye candy 4000-gradient glow

font for my name Lavender Soft (DaFont.com)

open a 600 x 250 transparent canvas

c&p paper 13 

c&p ele 77 reduce by 70% 2 x and place on left side of tag sharpen add DS (H2 V-2 Opacity 68 Blur68)

c&p ele 86 reduce by 70% 3 x and place in front of vase sharpen add DS

c&p ele 43 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind lavender plant sharpen add DS

c&p ele 46 resize by 70% 4 or 5 x whichever looks better to you place on left side (background layer) sharpen add DS

go to top layer c&p ele 54 resize by 70 % 4 x sharpen add DS

c&p ele 78 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind heart on right side sharpen add DS

c&p ele 79 resize by 70% 2 x sharpen place behind heart

c&p ele 80 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind heart on right side sharpen

add any kind of sparkle you want i used ele 9 and placed on the pitcher 

go to top layer new raster layer select all flood fill with a color from the tag, i used purple selections modify contract by 2 hit delete on keyboard,

selections invert effects inner bevel (put a bevel of your choice on it) select none

put a thin purple gradient or whatever color you used for the frame glow 3 soft corners 25 opacity 100

layers duplicate go to original frame, adjust blur gaussian blur at 10 go to top layer add some HSB noise to it (eye candy 4000 hsb noise)

hue var 25 saturiation 30 brightness 40, opacity 0, lump width 99.66 lump heighth 99.66 pattern smooth lumps, fractal roughness 50 , seamless tile box checked, random seed 466 ( you can use whatever random seed you want)

merge down, sharpen, add your designer credits, license info and your own taggers watermark. merge all flatten save as jpg

open a new transparent image 400 x 275

c&p paper 32

c&p your tube resize to fit i resized mine 70% 3 x

place towrds the right slightly sharpen add DS v 2 h-2 opacity 68 blue 7

c&p ele 112 resize by 70% 2 x place on background

c&p ele 96 resize by 70%  4 x and place behind tube on right side sharpen add DS

c&p ele 90 resize by 70% 5 x and place by stump image rotate to right by 20 degrees image duplicate image flip then bring down and place beside other cone sharpen add DS

c&p ele 93 resize by 70 % 2 x and place behind stump sharpen

c&p ele 28 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube on left side sharpen add DS

c&p ele 32 resize by 70% 3 x sharpen place behind tube on left side

c&p ele 36 resize by 70% 4 x and place on left side right by the pine cones in basket, image rotate 20 degrees to right,  sharpen add DS

c&p ele 58 resize by 70% 5 x and place behind broom sharpen add DS

add your copyright, license info and designer credits along with your tagger watermark 

image add borders, symetric checked, border size 3, dark color, then add borders, size 2 light color then borders size 1 dark color

save as jpg
