what you need

a Halloween type tube

i am using Halloween by

filters

Muras meister-copies

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (for copyright info)

filters unlimited 2.0

graphics plus- pool shadow

penta.com- color dot

Lets have fun!

open a new transparent image 600 x 250

get your eye dropper tool out and choose 2 colors from your tube light for foreground and dark for background (i used the colors in her pumpkin)

c&p your tube as a new layer, place in middle of tag

Muras meister copies wallpaper rotate at default

go to bottom layer and flood fill with either light or dark color your choice back to top

adjust blur gaussian blur at 12

adjust blur motion blur angle 315 strength 100 repeat 2 x

graphics plug- pool shadow

adjust blur- motion blur same settings as before repeat 1 x

c&p your tube resize by 70% 1 x and place on left side, muras meister copies line but set the number to about 3 or 4

change the blend mode to soft light and bring properties down to 34 add DS (2 -2 68 7)

change your background to gradient angle 36 repeats 2 invert checked get your rectangle tool and draw a thin rectangle the length of your tag, convert to raster layer

turn off your foreground, use black as background, get out your text tool , pick your font (i used Chiller) size 20 and write Halloween on your rectangle on the left side, muras meister copies, line
adjust the number to 8-12

duplicate that layer 2 x and just drag down until it fills the rectangle merge down 2 x and add DS,

merge down, add DS then add again but change the V & H to -2 and 2

c&p your tube resize by 70% 1 x and place kind of to the right sharpen add DS (V 2 H -2 Opacity 68 Blur 7)

new raster layer, select all flood fill with your light color, selections modify contract by 2 hit delete on keyboard, selections invert and put an inner bevel of choice on it select none

add a thin gradient with the same color as your frame, layers duplicate, go to original frame, adjust blur gaussian blur at 6

go to copy of frame, penta.com color dot at default adjust sharpen merge down

add your copyright and license info and your own taggers watermark, merge all flatten save as jpg. i

used the same font that we used on the tag for my name only size 48

Ok lets start!

open a new transparent image 800 x 800 (we'll crop it later)

get your rectangle tool, background black, foreground null draw out a rectangle objects align center in canvas, convert to raster

get your magic wand, click in center of rectangle, selections modify expand by 2 c&p paper 31(i resize the paper by 70% 2 x ) selections invert, hit delete on keyboard, select none, merge down

layers duplicate image rotate 10 degrees to the left all layers unchecked

now put in any elements you would like, i used the leaves, resize to fit, put them in between the rectangle, i also added a couple of flowers

go to top layer, c&p ele 60 resize to fit place in left hand bottom corner, (dont forget to sharpen and add DS to all elements I used h 2 v -2 opacity 68 and blur 7)

still on top layer, resize and add your tube, place on right side of tag, sharpen add DS

you can add any other elements you wish

now you may crop your tag if you wish

resize your tag to whatever you wish, i used 494 x 340 merge visible, add your copyright, license info, designer kit credits and your own taggers watermark.

i also used a thin white gradient glow on the copyrights & license info.

open a new transparent image 851 x 315

c&p  paper 44 onto you canvas

c&p your tube resize by 45% then 2 x by 70% i used the violet layer

place towards the right side sharpen add DS (2 -2 68 7)

c&p ele 83 resize by 70% layer duplicate image mirror merge down sharpen add DS

c&p ele 86 resize by 45% 2 x and place behind tube on right sharpen add DS

c&p ele 171 resize by 45% 1 x and place behind cementary merge down sharpen add DS

c&p ele 80 resize by 45% 1 x then 70% place behind the grass on left then layrs duplicate image mirror sharpen add DS

go to the background layer in your palette, c&p ele 179 resize by 70% 3 x i colorized mine to go with the tube sharpen

c&p ele 159 resize by 70% 1 x and place in front of moon sharpen

c&p ele 50 resize by 70% 3 x and place by well behind tube sharpen add DS

go to the moon layer c&p ele 17 resize by 70% 3 x sharpen add DS

go to top layer c&p ele 58 resize by 70% 3 x and place on left side sharpen add DS

go to the cementary layer c&p ele 183 resize by 70% 2 x and place on right side

layers duplicate image mirror

top layer c&p ele 14 resize by 70% 3 x and place by wooden box on left side sharpen add DS

add a new raster layer select all flood fill a color from your tube i used the purple in her dress

selections invert hit delete on keyboard, select none add a thin gradient glow the same color as your frame

you can add an inner bevel if you wish and either use noise or whatever you want for the frame, i used hsb noise

add your copyright info, license and kit designer credits, add your name merge all flatten save as jpg

i used the font Graceys Curse for my name you can find it at DaFont.com

a tube

a mask of choice

font of choice

i am using Magical Autumn by Ellies Creations you can purchase this at PFD

i am also using witch & cat by © Alehandra Van_Hek and it is also available at PFD

ok lets start

open a new transparent image 800 x 800 we'll crop it later

c&p frame 2  get your magic wand out and click in the center of frame, (mode Add(shift) match node none contiguous checked anti alias checked inside

selections modify expand by 2 c&p paper 9 selections invert hit delete on keyboard select none drag paper under frame click on frame

c&p your tube resize by 45% then by 70% (if you are using the same one) if not, then just resize to

what you think is best, then add the pumpkins to the tag and resize the same dimensions as before and place tube on left hand side of tag, sharpen add DS (V 2 H -2 Opacity 68 and Blur 7)

click on frame again c&p ele 5 resize by 70% and place how you want

go to top layer again

c&p ele 76 resize by 70% 3 x and place in front of tube ( see mine for placement)

c&p ele 110 resize by 70% 3 x and place behind tube sharpen add DS

c&p ele 13 resize by 70% 1 x and place behind stump sharpen

c&p ele 4 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind tube on her right side sharpen add DS

c&p ele 18 resize by 70% 1 x and place on right side of tag and move up a little sharpen add DS

click on the lattice you placed behind the stump earlier c&p ele 38 resize by 50% 1 x and then by 70% place on lattice sharpen add DS

go to top layer, c&p ele 43 resize by 50% 2 x and place beside lantern sharpen

c&p ele 47 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind lantern sharpen add DS

go to top layer, c&p ele 65 resize by 50% 2 x and place in front of lantern sharpen add DS

c&p ele 109 resize by 50% 2 x and place behind tube i also duplicated the leaves and brought them out by this element sharpen add DS

go to top layer c&p ele 120 resize by 50% then 70% and place toward the top of tag sharpen add DS but inside of black pick a color from the background

c&p paper 9 layer arrange send to bottom add your mask, merge group . now you can crop your tag if

you wish, merge visible, resize to whatever size you like, add your copyrights ,license info, designer credits, and your own taggers watermark

merge visible save as png, add your name and you are done! i usually use an autumn font like

Autumn Deco or Autumn Nights, October Twilight is good font to use too. you can get these but searching the web for them they are usually free fonts.
