what you will need

a tube

i am using the beautiful art of © Alex Prihodko (Rowanberry)

A Scrapkit

i am using the beautiful kit "Lily of the Valley" by

Graphics of Fantasy also can be purchased at PFD along with

her many beautiful kits

filters

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (for copyrights and frame)

screenworks- close knit (for the frame but is optional)

lets start

Open a new transparent image 600 x 250

select all c&p paper 2 as a new layer select none

bottom layer select all top layer then image crop to selection

c&p ele 8 layer duplicate image mirror then merge down

c&p your tube and center it add DS (2 -2 68 7)

c&p ele 23 (i resized mine 70% 4 x)

c&p ele 24 (i resized 70% 2 x)

place it in front of cup

c&p ele 36 and resize it (70% 4 x)

c&p ele 32 place on right side of tag (resize the same but only 2 x)

c&p ele 82 (resize by 70% 3 x) place pillows behind tube but showing a bit

c&p ele 99 and place behind basket of flowers on left side (resize a bit) duplicate then just place them beside the first daisies

c&p ele 102 resize and place behind the grass we put in in the beginning. now duplicate this a bunch of times and place them across the tag then merge them all down

(merge down until they are all merged as one layer)

go down to your background layer and c&p ele 49 place on left hand side then duplicate image mirror and arrange the way you like when happy with it, merge down add DS

staying on the same layer, c&p ele 51 place on left then duplicate and image mirror merge down

c&p ele 110 and place in front of cup to the left side of it (resize by 70% 4 x) image free rotate to the left by 20 degrees all layers unchecked

now for the frame

go to top layer new raster layer, select all take 2 colors from your tube or kit (i used green colors from the kit) and make a gradient background foreground linear angle 36 repeats 2

flood fill your new layer with the gradient, selections modify contract by 4 hit delete on your keyboard selections invert, then screenworks select none

you can add a gradient glow to the frame now. i used the darker green color at 3 thin all the rest at default. add proper copyrights, your credits and your name

merge all flatten save as jpg

the font i used is Betty Noir, i also duplicated the layer and on the bottom name layer i used texture effects mosaic antique

LOTV PTU tag tutorial

supplies

you will need a tube
i am using a beautiful tube by Alehandra Vanhek (Amber)

you can purchase this and her other beautiful art at PFD

The scrap kit i am using is by Graphics of Fantasy

entitled "Lily of the Valley" you can also purchase this kit at PFD

along with many other beautiful kits.

a mask of choice

filters

eye candy 4000- gradient glow (for the copyright)
photo effex - scanlines

open a new image 800 x800 transparent
c&p frame 4 (resize if needed)
get out the magic wand tool and use these settings

click inside the frame then copy and paste paper 2 then selections, invert, then hit delete on keyboard. select none

magic wand again click in side frame (make sure you are on the frame layer)

take your tube c&p selections invert, hit delete on keyboard, change the layer (palette) to soft light
photo effex scanlines (default settings)

c&p ele 31 and place on left hand side of frame (resize if needed)

c&p ele 99 and place behind cup element

c&p ele 97 and place behind daisy ele

c&p ele 110 and place in front of cup element ( you will need to resize this one i resized 70% 2 or 3 x)

c&p ele 45 and kind of place behind cup towards the bottom of frame so flowers are showing

now time to add the mask c&p paper 3 arrange send to bottom layer

then add your mask, (your choice), if mask is not showing then resize 110% all layers not

checked,layers merge group,make top layer active

c&p your tube again and place on right side of frame,(resize if needed) then image mirror

c&p ele 49 layers arrange send to bottom, layers duplicate, image mirror then merge down, layers duplicate, image flip layers merge down

add proper copyrights and tag line, merge visible save as png

i used the lemon font , you can get it at 1001fonts
i also used a gradient glow on my name, added some noise too and inner bevel

Lets start
1. open a new image 600 x 250
2. c&p paper 12 as new layer
3. add your tube (close up)
4. add DS 2 -2 68 7
5. c&p ele 7 behind tube layer add DS 1 1 50 6 color black
6. c&p ele 27 place on left side of tag behind tube layer, layer duplicate, image mirror, merge down add same DS
7. c&p ele 76 behind tube resize by 70% add DS
8. c&p ele 75 behind flower layer, duplicate image mirror add DS
9. go to top layer c&p ele 17 resize by 70% 3 x, place in lower right hand corner, duplicate, image mirror merge down, DS
10. c&p ele 78 place on right hand side of tag, duplicate, image mirror, merge down
11. go to top layer, new raster layer, make gradient out of the yellow and green color. linear angle 36 repeats 2
12. select all , flood fill with your gradient, selections modify contract by 4, hit delete on keyboard, select none
13. duplicate layer, gaussian blur at 3 , pull this below the original frame, merge the 2 together add gradient glow of 3 thin green
14. add proper copyrights your license number and tag line. i usually use a gradient glow on the copyright too.
15. merge all flatten, save as jpg.

Noisy Silk Gloves Tutorial

Noisy Silk Gloves Tutorial

supplies
paint shop pro (using vs 16 but any will do)

font is silken thread ( FTU font)

a tube

i am using Silk gloves by Michi Art
you can purchase this and her other fabulous tubes at CDO

Filters

Xero- porcelain

Tramages- tow the line

Muras meister- copies

foto frame

eye candy 4000- gradient glow

Lets start

1. open a new image 600 x 300

2. c&p your tube on canvas and place on left side

3. muras meister copies - wallpaper rotate default settings

4. new raster layer arrange move down

5. flood fill with a darker color from your tube. i used dark grey

6. adjust gaussian blur at 20 monochrome checked

(on the copies layer)

7. add remove noise gaussian 15%

8. tramages- tow the line at default setting

9. c&p your tube place on right hand side layer palette click on multiply add DS 2 -2 68 7

10. get out your rectangle tool with these settings draw rectangle, HV radius both set at 0 line style

solid width 5, use whatever colors you would like i used light grey and dark grey, lower opacity 50-70 or whatever looks good

11. type out the words silk gloves on the left hand corner of rectangle. i used the font Andes at 18, then copies with line rotate at default

12. duplicate layer then bring the words down towards the bottom of rectangle add DS same as before

13. add gradient glow fat white width 3 to rectangle (this is optional)

14. c&p your tube and place on left side, resize just a bit to make it look smaller, add xero porcelain

default settings twice, add the same to your background tube but only once

15. add borders 2 black symmetric checked

16. add borders 8 with a light color from tube, i used the blonde of her hair

17. take out your magic wand, click on border you just made , add tramages tow the line at default. i also added an inner bevel

bevel 2 width 8, everything else at default

18. foto frame, width 10 opacity 60 and everything else default but check the more shadow box

19. add borders symmetric checked, 2 white

20. add proper copyrights, your tagline and your name. resize if you would like. you are done! merge all flatten save as jpg

i also added a gradient glow to my copyrights.
