Paint shop pro (i am using vs 12)
filters
eye candy 4000- gradient glow (for credits and info)
okay lets begin
open a transparent image 800 x 800 ( we'll crop it down later)
c&p frame 1 onto the canvas
resize by 70% 1 x
magic wand, click inside the frame, selections, modify expand by 2
c&p paper 7 selections invert, hit delete on keyboard, drag paper under frame
c&p tube resize by 70% 1 x sharpen place on right hand side
c&p ele 16 resize by 70% 1 x or resize how you would like it place behind tube on left side
c&p ele 20 resize by 70% 2 x and place behind other elements on the frame
c&p ele 25 resize by 70% 3 x and place on frame layer behind the other elements
you can crop your tag now, merge visible , resize to what you want, i usually resize mine to 500 wide
add your copyright info, designer credits and your own taggers watermark (you can use eye candy 4000 gradient glow for the credits)
you can use any font you like, i like to use a coffee type font, add your name, merge visible, save as png
